Lake 1
Tranquillity Lake 1 is a 9.5 acre tree lined mature lake. Formally a working gravel pit dug around 35 years ago. This mature 9.5 acre lake is set in 15 acres of land catering for 7 anglers. It has a good depth of water (10-12ft). The lake can be fished from one side and hosts 3 double swims, and 3 single swims which have been purpose built to be comfortable. There is also a large island in the middle of the lake. There are roughly about 180 beautiful carp in the lake. A mix of commons and mirrors with sizes ranging from 17lbs to 63lbs +. Carp barrows will be required to transport equipment to your swim as no vechiles can access the swim side as we try to maintain the natural surroundings. (We do have 2 barrows on site). Tranquility Lakes are truly great carp lakes with the fish in stunning condition. The lake is opened from April to November so the fish are not pressured 12 months of the year.
Rules
Maximum of 3 rods allowed and rods must NEVER leave unattended at anytime.
No fixed leads, lead core, leaders or naked line. Only Korda style leaders allowed or tubing.
No braided fishing line, ok for Marker and spod rods.
Barbless or micro barb hooks only
No sacking of fish
Antiseptic must be used & present at weigh station and used accordingly
Bait boats are allowed, please respect other anglers at all times.
No nuts
Particles are allowed only if prepared properly
No litter around lake and please use bins that are provided, (this includes cigarette butts)
Bivvies only. (No coloured tents or gazebos)The lake gate must be locked at all times.
No open fires or BBQ’s
No Excessive alcohol use.
No Drugs
Guests for Lake 1 will be allowed onto fishery 12.00pm on the Saturday of arrival and will be required to vacate swims by 9am and leave fishery by 10.00am.

Lake 2
Tranquillity Lake 2 is a beautiful 2.25 acre intimate carp fishing lake set in mature natural surrounds. A perfect lake for exclusive use for up to 3 Anglers. It has 1 single & 1 double swim close to toilet/shower facilities. The lake is stocked with 25 new Common & Mirror carp 26lb – 47lb and also has an unknown stock of around 25/30 Carp, weights partly unknown. The lkae has been dug 35 years ago and is open for anglers since 2018. The fish have all settled in well and are showing good growth rates since being stocked. It is an ideal venue for those who are keen on fishing in natural surroundings where most of the sound is made by the birds and other animals.
