You are very welcome to visit the English owners Dave and Doreen, who have put their heart and soul into Bois de Printemps over the past years so they can welcome you to this beautiful part of France from April.
The stock is still a big question mark because the lake has not been fished for 15 years. Before that it was used by a farmer who sold his fish from here.

Dogs: On request (there is a horse farm with race track next to the lake)
Accommodation
A large accommodation is approximately 35 meters from the water, sliding doors connect the outside with the inside and have a wonderful view over the lake.
There is a large living room with open kitchen, everything you need in a kitchen is available from pots to pans, plates and cutlery. Toasting a sandwich is no problem. Cook a complete meal? Everything is available from microwave to oven and gas stove.
There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, the beds are made when you arrive. Of course, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is also included. Everything has been thought of here, including a number of towels ready for you and your group upon arrival.
Rules
All landing nets, slings and mats will be supplied. Please don’t bring your own.
Min 15lb line. No braided mainline.
Safe rigs only. No fixed leads.
No lead core leaders.
Micro barbed hooks only.
Fish care spray provided to each angler.
Maximum 3 rods per angler.
Bait boats are allowed – please use sensibly.
No fires are permitted. BBQs supplied.
Keep facilities in clean state.
Use bins provided on site.
Please do not fish intoxicated as you will be asked to leave with no refund given.
Any child under 12 years to be supervised at all times around the lake area.
Please be aware of your surroundings and take care driving to and from the property (horses).

FISH CARE AT ALL TIMES IS A PRIORITY.
BAIT
No shelf life boilies to be used except hook bait.
We supply fresh boilies in a number of options on site.
Only particles supplied by us at cost to be used, including pellet.
Access to Gite on day of arrival 3pm

Bois de Printemps is located 8 km from the beautiful town of Chateau Gontier on the banks of the Mayenne river. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and bars here and there is a market every Thursday.
